1 From the side menu, select Residents > Lease Renewal > Add Lease Proposal Batch. The Renewal Proposal Filter appears.

c If the resident has only one lease charge with the Rent type, the monthly rent amount is equal to the market rent amount.
c If the resident has more than one lease charge with the Rent type, the monthly rent amount is the sum of those charges.
4 If you do not want to add proposals for a resident, clear the Include for Proposal check box in the row corresponding to that resident.
If you want to add proposals for only one or a few of the residents, click the Uncheck All button and then select the Include for Proposal check box in the row corresponding to each resident for whom you want to add proposals.
5 Click Save. Any residents for whom you do not want to add proposals disappear from the table.
a Click the Edit button in the row corresponding to that resident. The [Unit #] -- [Resident] -- [Expiration Date] tab appears.
b Click the Edit button in the row corresponding to the proposal that you want to review. The Lease Proposal screen appears. For more information, see “Reviewing and Editing Lease Proposals”.
7 Click Save.
8 Click Post.
a From the side menu, select Residents > Lease Renewal > Bulk Lease Approval. The Bulk Approvals filter appears.

c If you want to deny a proposal instead of approving it, select the Denied check box in the row corresponding to that proposal.
d If you want to keep a proposal in the bulk approval without approving or denying it, clear the Approved check box in the row corresponding to that proposal.
e If you want to edit a proposal, click the Edit link in the row corresponding to that proposal. The Lease Proposal screen appears. For more information, see “Reviewing and Editing Lease Proposals”.
f Click Save. Any proposals that you approved or denied disappear from the table.
10 From the top menu, click Home. The dashboard appears.
11 In the Resident Activity section on the dashboard, click the number next to Expiring Leases (120 days). The Expiring Leases (120 days) -- [Current Date] tab appears.
a Click the Renewal Workflow button in the row corresponding to that resident. The Lease Proposal screen appears.
b Click the Renew button in the row corresponding to the proposal that the resident selects. The Renew Lease screen appears.
The date on which the lease expires. Voyager completes this field based on the option specified in the Rounding Lease Term field on the Property Setup screen. For information about editing the Rounding Lease Term field, see “Property Defaults” in the Voyager Core Setup Guide.
d Click Save. A confirmation request appears.
e Click OK.
You must complete the Proposal Exp. Date field. If you do not complete this field and you post the batch, you will not be able to add proposals for residents in the batch until the end of the current renewal cycle. For more information, contact Yardi technical support.
None Monthly rent amounts are not rounded.Dollar Monthly rent amounts are rounded to the nearest dollar. NOTE In renewal letters, this date is represented by the tokens named PROPOSAL01EXPIRYDATE, PROPOSAL02EXPIRYDATE, and so on.
